In order to ensure each child's safety we will open our Kids Ministry up in phases. Phase 1 will be on September 27th with childcare for nursery and pre-school aged children. Phase 2 will be on October 11th with childcare for elementary being added. Phase 3 will be on October 25th with full programming being implemented throughout the ministry for birth - 4th grade.
Like our redesigned weekend services, we’re taking additional steps to keep our 4C Kids environments safe (and fun) for your family.
• We’ve increased hygiene and cleaning protocols in our 4C Kids spaces during and between services. • Additional hand-sanitizing stations will be available in 4C Kids check-in and hallway area. • All hard surfaces will be sanitized at every service. • All toys will be changed out between services with new toys that have been sanitized. • When you arrive, be ready for a redesigned check-in process to help support a safe environment. • Every staff member, volunteer, and child in 4C Kids will have their temperature taken before checking in to 4C Kids. We aren’t able to check in anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher. • Our touchless experience will extend to check-in as 4C Kids volunteers will help you at the check-in kiosks and handle sign-in sheets for you. • We encourage you to only send one parent into 4C Kids for drop-off and pick-up to help limit traffic in the hallways. • Be sure to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands before entering 4C Kids. Encourage your child to do the same. • You’ll see lots of big waves, but few hugs, high-fives, and handshakes. • We’ll all need to work together to help keep 4C Kids safe, so please stay home and participate in 4C Kids Online if your child: o Has had a fever in the past 14 days. o Shows any symptoms of COVID-19. (Click HERE for symptoms as outlined by the CDC) o Has been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
