Nakaseke, Uganda is a poverty-stricken region. The children born into this community have little hope of escaping the cycle that has plagued their families for generations. At 4C, we partner with "Simones Kids", where they actively provide a way out through education, care, and basic needs for this community in Uganda.
We are looking to take a team to Uganda, Africa to visit the work being done by Simone's Kids July 16 - 23. Here we will spend most of our time at the school and in the local community. We'll get to see where the ministry started and interact with the local founders, Godfrey & Hope. We'll also get to do some home visits and meet some of the families being impacted by the ministry. The total cost for the trip is $3700 and a minimum group of 5 is needed to go.
Anyone interested in going needs to keep in mind that a yellow fever vaccination and anti-malaria medication are required. Current passports that are not within 6 months of expiration are also required.
